Safety and care

Delicate things are handled with delicate hands

People write things that matter here. These are the decisions we make so that writing them does not expose you.

Authenticity

What matters here is your story, your voice and your nuances, not the polish of a profile. You decide which part of yourself you want to express and which kites you want to let fly.

Care and consent

Every kite is made with intention and care. If someone wants to connect with you, they must explain why, and the connection only opens if you decide to accept it.

Trust and respect

Every kite that wants to fly goes through human review, and every report is examined with judgement and context, to protect a space built on respect.

Privacy and control

Your kites belong to you. You decide whether they stay private, when you want to release them, and when you would rather take them out of the KiteConnect sky.

If something goes wrong

Reporting is easy

Any kite or interaction can be reported. We review reports as humans, with judgement and context.

Security by design

In designing and evolving KiteConnect we take internationally recognised security principles and good practices as our reference, including those set out in ISO/IEC 27001 and the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS). Our aim is to build security into the platform from the start and to keep improving it as KiteConnect evolves.
