Community Pact

This Pact complements KiteConnect's Terms and Conditions. Should any contradiction arise between the two, the Terms will prevail.

When you read a kite, remember there's a person behind it, and it probably took courage for them to write it.

Don't turn something written in a quiet voice into public debate.

Acknowledging a kite doesn't entitle you to a reply, to contact, or to explanations.

If someone doesn't choose to open a channel, that's where the conversation ends.

In your private texts you can name whoever you like, naturally.

What isn't allowed is exposing other people's contact details or using KiteConnect to locate someone who doesn't want to be found.

Nor should you share private conversations, screenshots or other people's content outside KiteConnect without their consent or a legitimate reason.

If you read something that worries you, you can report it. A person will review it.

KiteConnect is not an emergency service. In the event of immediate risk, contact the emergency services in your country.

If you believe content is unlawful, you can use the reporting system available or write to admin@kiteconnect.es identifying the content and explaining the reason.

Responses to breaches will be proportionate: from a warning to the withdrawal of access.

We prefer to explain rather than to sanction, except where someone is being harmed.

When we take a significant action on a kite or an account, we will try to explain the reason and offer a reasonable way to request its review.
